ONLINE / ONSITE APPLICATION & ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES


A.1. ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSIONS & ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS

NOTE: This procedure is ONLY for NEW STUDENT APPLICANTS only.

For Online Application for Admissions

  1. Go to andreans.edu.ph. Click the New Student button.
  2. Follow the steps and requirements provided for the online process of your application. Fill out and complete the fields for the Application for Admission. Click Submit. (after submitting your online application, you will receive your default username and password via SMS or email)
  3. Call the Admissions Office to notify them about your online application and your other queries. Our Admissions Team will set a schedule for your interview and exam.
  4. After you have passed the exam and your scheduled interview, proceed to the online enrollment process. (the online enrollment process will be only available during the scheduled enrollment dates - always check the enrollment dates in our school website, SAS Facebook and Instagram pages, and to the OrangeApps Home Page portal )

For Online Enrollment & Payment

  1. Go to andreans.edu.ph. Click PORTAL.
  2. Select STUDENT. Log-in to your account using the CONTROL ID NUMBER and PASSWORD sent to you via SMS or email.
  3. Click ENLISTMENT. Update the Student and Parent Information. Click the NEXT button. On this page, click the drop-down list of the SELECT MODE OF PAYMENT and choose your payment plan. Put a check mark on the box for the Enrollment Terms (Admissions Agreement). Click SUBMIT ENLISTMENT.
  4. Pay the upon enrollment fee via bank transfer or any payment mode. (see details below for the account number)
  5. After payment, SCAN or SCREENSHOT your deposit slip / transaction receipt and save it as an image file. Go to the school website (andreans.edu.ph). Click the PORTAL button. Choose Student > Log In > Home > Tuition > Upload Deposit Slip.
  6. Wait for at least one to two (1-2) working days for the ENROLMENT CONFIRMATION via SMS or email, or you can log in to your account to check your enrollment status.

         CONGRATULATIONS! You have accomplished the enrollment process.

  • Textbooks, Uniforms, and School Supplies - proceed to the Bookstore Area
  • School ID - Student pictorial during school days only (included ID case and lace)

 

A.2. ONSITE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSIONS & ONSITE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS

 

For Onsite Application for Admissions

  1. Visit our Admissions and Guidance Office, and talk to our Admissions Staff for your queries.
  2. Go to andreans.edu.ph. Click the New Student button.
  3. Follow the steps and requirements provided for the online process of your application. Fill out and complete the fields for the Application for Admission. Click Submit(after submitting your online application, you will receive your default username and password via SMS or email)
  4. Our Admissions Team will set a schedule for your interview and exam.
  5. After you have passed the exam and your scheduled interview, proceed to the online enrollment process. For Onsite Enrollment & Payment

  1. Proceed to the Elementary ICT Laboratory (CECE Bldg. - 2nd Floor) for the self-enlistment and follow the steps given.
  2. Go to andreans.edu.ph. Click PORTAL.
  3. Select STUDENT. Log-in to your account using the CONTROL ID NUMBER and PASSWORD sent to you via SMS or email.
  4. Click ENLISTMENT. Update the Student and Parent Information. Click the NEXT button. On this page, click the drop-down list of the SELECT MODE OF PAYMENT and choose your payment plan. Put a check mark on the box for the Enrollment Terms (Admissions Agreement). Click SUBMIT ENLISTMENT.
  5. Pay the upon enrollment fee at the Cashier (Admin Bldg. - Ground Floor). Write or tell them the name of the student or student number. (for discounts, scholarships and EsC subsidy / PEAC voucher, kindly inform the cashier in-charge)

         CONGRATULATIONS! You have accomplished the enrollment process.

B.1. ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR OLD STUDENTS 

NOTE: This procedure is ONLY for CONTINUING / OLD STUDENTS with Student ID Number.

For Online Enrollment 

  1. Go to andreans.edu.ph. Click PORTAL. Select Student.
  2. Log in to your account. (please be reminded that you can only proceed with the online enrollment if you have already settled your deficiency last school year like unsettled payments or clearance to certain offices)
  3. Click ENLISTMENT. Update the Student and Parent Information. Click the NEXT button. On this page, click the drop-down list of the SELECT MODE OF PAYMENT and choose your payment plan. Put a check mark on the box for the Enrollment Terms (Admissions Agreement). Click SUBMIT ENLISTMENT.

For Payment

  1. Pay the upon enrollment fee via bank transfer or any payment mode. (see details below for the account number)
