Applications are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P200.00 at the Cashier’s Office.
Applicants will be given the date and time of exam upon submission of complete requirements.
(NOTE: Due to the pandemic situation, we will have an open enrolment and impose temporary suspension of entrance examinations for new students)
